Bellagio Hotel
The Bellagio Hotel is one of the most luxury themed hotels in Las Vegas. It is located in the centre of the Strip, opposite the Paris Las Vegas hotel.
When work finished in 1998, the Bellagio was the most expensive hotel constructed in Las Vegas, at a total cost of $1.6 billion USD.
Facts and figures
The hotel has 3.933 rooms and almost 11,000 square meters of casino, as well as 5 swimming pools and 4 jacuzzis.
Shows
The Bellagio has an artificial lake of more the 32,000 sqm which is the setting for one of the most famous free shows in Vegas - the fountains of Bellagio. This event gives the hotel an unparalleled air of class and distinction.
In terms of paying shows, the Bellagio plays host to one of the permanent shows of the world-famous Cirque du Soleil called ‘O’.
Our opinion
The elegance of the Bellagio, and the fact that it's not a themed hotel, means that the clientele found here are generally of a more serious character. If you're looking for something livelier and more ‘fun’, better options for you would be the equally luxurious Caesars Palace or the Venetian.
