Hotel Flamingo
The Flamingo was constructed in 1946 as the first luxury hotel constructed in Las Vegas. This is where the original Ocean’s Eleven was filmed in 1960.
The hotel has a ‘Wildlife Habitat’ which you can visit for free during the day, and which includes flamingos, penguins, and other species of birds and fish.

Size wise, the flamingo doesn't lag behind other hotels in Las Vegas. With a casino of more than 7000 square meters, 3626 rooms, 3 pools, and a jacuzzi, it's a pretty comprehensive vacation complex.
Our Opinion
The best thing we can say about this hotel is its situation is in the beating heart of the Strip. Unless you're staying in one of the new rooms, which are of a fairly good standard, it has quite a tired look and we wouldn't recommend staying there.
