Summer in Las Vegas

The months of July, August and September are the hottest of the year and it is not uncommon for the temperatures to reach 45º Celsius.

Is the heat unbearable? The temperature in Las Vegas can be among the highest in the country thanks to its location in the Mojave Desert. However, it's also an area with very low levels of humidity which makes it more bearable than other areas. The extreme dryness could cause mild irritation for people with sensitive skin or eyes, or people wearing contact lenses.

Winter in Las Vegas

Contrary to what you might expect, Las Vegas can be quite cold in the months of December, January, and February, with minimum temperatures of around 0-5ºC and around 15-19ºC maximum.

The best time to visit Las Vegas

As extreme conditions are never ideal for a trip, the best months to visit Las Vegas are April, May, September and October when the temperatures range between a minimum of 10 and maximum of 30 degrees.
